Yes, NPSO membership is required. Join or renew here.
Each person on a family membership must register and pay separately for the conference

NPSO does offer scholarships or stipends to college students, but these are awarded after a formal application process which has closed for this year.

Click Meals on this page. Two dinners and two breakfasts are included with Annual Meeting registration. Lunches are not provided. Be prepared to bring or buy your own.

Park in the east lot. Use the back strip nearest the freeway. This is where you’ll join field trip carpools Saturday and Sunday morning. Friday field trips will meet at 11:30am at Waterfront Park, Exit 63 westbound on I-84. Jensen Shelter. Parking is $2.50/hr in the lots, free for 2 hrs on the street, or free on the nearby fishing spit. See MAP FAQ

Saturday and Sunday meet at the east lot of the hotel. Park along the back strip nearest the freeway. Carpools will meet here after breakfast each day. MAP

Hotels, motels, AirBnBs or similar rentals, and campgrounds are plentiful in the area. Make your arrangements early to be assured a space.

A refund is available if you notify us by email at pdxannualmeeting2025@gmail.com.by April 30. After April 30, refunds will only be offered if wait-listed members still desire to register. Portland Chapter depends on conference revenue to cover prepaid conference expenses.

Prepaid items may be picked up at the registration table on Friday or Saturday.

No. All items will be available for pick-up at registration or shipped soon after the meeting.

Refunds are unavailable, but we’ll ship to those who can’t attend the meeting.

Yes. At checkout choose Shipping under "Delivery Options". Items will ship Monday after the meeting.

We can’t guarantee fit. Please refer to sizing charts. All garments are 100% cotton, and some are preshrunk. Check product descriptions for details.
